Campus Green Builder

This webinar, presented by Second Nature and the ACUPCC, is designed to organize a diverse group of individuals with expertise in water and sustainability to expose campuses to water issues, programs, and solutions. The panelists will discuss how some universities have dealt with these challenges while creating student engagement and academic opportunities.  The webinar will be held on January 31st from 2-3:30 pm EST.

Hosted by Kean University and the New Jersey Higher Education Partnership for Sustainability, this workshop is part of an EPA grant designed to help campus communities learn about campus sustainability as well as how to track and lower greenhouse gas emissions.  The workshop is free to attend, and registration is required.

Hosted by The American Association of Community Colleges’ SEED initiative and the National Council for Workforce Education, this free webinar focuses on the green economy of alternative fuel vehicles, and how community colleges can participate in the workforce development opportunities of this industry.

This year’s conference will bring experts and knowledge of HVAC&R from all over the world to continue the goal of creating a more sustainable and energy efficient building industry.  The conference is scheduled for June 25-29, 2011.
