Launching a Sustainability Program in Your Organization (11/18)
This workshop is one in a series presented and hosted by the University of Oregon. This workshop will focus on providing organizations from various industries with the tools necessary to begin the process of launching a sustainability program. Attendees will build an implementation plan and learn from professionals who have gone through the process of successfully launching sustainablity programs in their area. Foundations of Sustainability: Concepts and Communication (9/14)
The Foundations of Sustainability: Concept and Communication workshop is the first in the University of Oregon's Sustainability Leadership Workshops. It will be held Wednesday September 14 from 8:30 am - 4:00 pm. The all day workshop will focus on the basic principles of sustainability and provide a framework and resources for additional learning.
Sustainability Leadership Program (9/26-9/30)
The University of Oregon will host a series of workshops regarding leadership in the sustainability sector. The workshops will discuss the foundation and practical tools necessary to lead the way towards sustainability at Universities, organizations, communities and on an individual basis. The workshops will be held between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm between September 26 and September 30, 2011.
Finance for Sustainability: Innovative Strategies for Public and Private Organizations (6/3)
This workshop focuses on frameworks and tools for “influencing capital allocation decisions to finance sustainability in public and private organizations.”
