William T. Emm has served as Chief Financial Officer for Onondaga Community College since April, 2006. In this role he directs the overall financial plans, multi-year forecasts and capital budgets of the College including managing a $66 million operating budget and a $12 million dollar non-operating budget. Prior to this role, Mr. Emm served as Onondaga’s Bursar and Comptroller respectively. He holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Syracuse University and a Master of Science in management from Keuka College. He is a member and treasurer of the New York State Community College Business Officers Association, the Onondaga Community College Association, Inc., and the Onondaga Community College Housing Development Corp. He lives in Syracuse, New York.
