"I am a Maine native. My wife, Karen and I live in Winslow and we have three children and three grand-children.
I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Accounting) and a Master’s in Business Administration from Thomas College in Waterville, Maine.
I have held various positions in both the public (Controller of the Maine State Housing Authority, Regional Grant Administrator for the Maine Criminal Justice Planning and Assistance Agency) and private (gaming, publishing and manufacturing) sectors.
I am the Dean of Finance and Administration for Kennebec Valley Community College in Fairfield, Maine. I’ve held this position for over 21 years. I am responsible for all financial affairs of the College, physical plant and human resources. I chair the Campus Climate Control Committee and the Safety Committee. I am a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the Strategic Planning Committee, the Marketing Committee and the MEA Labor/Management Committee.
I have been involved in community organizations and activities including youth sports, community celebration activities and playground improvements. I am a past Treasurer of our church and currently I am the Chair of the Board for Sebasticook Valley Hospital in Pittsfield, Maine."
